The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

Hello guys and girls i guess

Im trying to make a website for my server
and so i downloaded Uniserver and started following

I did everything it told me to do but when i start
apache for the first time after opening the unicontroller

I get this

Looked for a solution on google and youtube
to see if anything could help me fix it

But all the solutions i found and tried did not fix it

Re-installing/Replacing/Downloading other DLLs (sometimes in safe mode)
Re-installing DirectX
Re-installing .NET Framework
Re-installing Uniserver
Re-installing Windows 7 and getting all the upgrades and programs all over

And maybe some other things i forget to mention idk
i tried alot for 1/2 days but i did not manage to get it to work

So i decided to try and get help here on the forums
and see if anybody can help on teamviewer

Or name any solution that might work that i maybe did not try
or anything that might help i dont know either what to do from this point on
so anything is helpful i guess
