The best Dedicated Server?

days ago, i bought a dedicated server in 1&1 Mi Web, Hosting, Alojamiento Web, Dominios, Servidores, Tiendas

CPU: 6 Cores x 2,8 GHz
(3,3 Turbo Core)
Ram: 16 GB DDR3 ECC
hard disk: 1.000 GB
(2 x 1.000 SATA)
so: Windows Web Server 2008

i tested in the host, test speed: dowload:120Mbps upload:94Mbps ping:4ms

located in germany

i have a lot LAG and the monsters atack very slow(each 5sec)
im in spain(my net: 100Mbps ONO)

however, if i host in my pc. 0 lag, and the monster atack normally

I have 1 month to cancel this dedicated server

i phoned 1and1 and they say that: "is your problem"
What is the problem??

isn't that a little OTT for an OpenTibia server? you could host like 6 servers on there (all real-map) lol

should be so, but reality with only 1 ot, there is lag.......

Scrap the Windows mate run a Unix system, way better for this kind of things.

That sounds really weird, i would claim my money back if i was you.
Remember there are a huge amount of scammers out there, its easy money. They can easily fake the processor and everything just to gain money from you.
You should have an extremly good connection with the hosting company before ordering anything and also check if someone got experience from that hosting company. Alot of companies also provides 2 - 3 days of testing also if you ask them.
