Hmm well i can try Photoshop but is it easy to make like layout headers and that?

xD can someone say a good program to make Headers and layout nothing more :)
 
PS is the best, though you could try paint.net since it allows you to use layers and has tools to blend, sharpen, glow etc pretty decent!
 
Photoshop. It's a tool though, you still need to learn and experiment to get a good outcome.
