The Forgotten Server-0.2.4

i just started running this server and there are no npcs and when you tell it to save it says failed to load external entity "data/npc/.xml"

do yall know where i can find this file some npcs would be nice lol

well i searched all of the relevent forms and it doesnt find any thing ive even typed it in google and it pulls a buch of crap so thats why i made a post. Ive tried searching
