I'm sober and it was pretty funny especially near the end :)
 
You people don't get it.

The dilemma was to cross the little stream to the other side, but they are afraid of that little stream so they're trying to figure out how to get to the other side.
So, the first penguin finds these little bumps of grass in the stream and gets to the other side, but the second penguin was like "WTF HOW did you get there?", so he went suicidal and jumped over the stream.

That was it. The humor is that the stream is very shallow and thin in width that the penguins struggle to get across it.
