Try changing the single slashes ("\") to double slashes ("\\")

The error is at the end of your line 110, as the last slash excapes the " character, so essentialy the "quoted text" is not ended, replace:

$config['site']['serverPath'] = "C:\Users\Palto\Desktop\realmap11-master\";

With

$config['site']['serverPath'] = "C:\Users\Palto\Desktop\realmap11-master\\";

Notice the double slash at the end.
