The system doesn't recognize quotes from characters' names.

If your using apache with mod_security, please disable that mod and retry. It's the only apache mod I know that yield disallowed char error.

Im using lighttpd, and the mod_security isnt enabled.

Yes Kula_, but since he got it after setting (http://otland.net/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=997405) I think that it must have been the webserve as permitted chars thingy should have been disabled...
