Hello!
Is there anyone in the Land's of Ot who's watching UFC? I'm a big fan and it whould be fun to talk with some guys who knowns what it is.
For those who don't know:
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is a U.S.-based mixed martial arts (MMA) organization. Dana White serves as the president of UFC, owned by casino-moguls Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta.
Zuffa, LLC, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, owns and operates the UFC. The UFC focuses on the heavier weight classes in MMA, whereas its associate promotion, World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC), focuses on the lighter weights.
The UFC began as a single-event tournament which aimed to find the world's best fighters, irrespective of their style (whether boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, karate, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, among others). Although there were a limited number of rules, promoters marketed fighting in the UFC as no holds barred and contests were often violent and brutal. Early UFC fights were less sport than spectacle, which led to accusations of "human cock fighting" by Senator John McCain and others.[5] Political pressures eventually led the UFC into the underground as pay-per-view providers nixed UFC programming, nearly extinguishing the UFC's public visibility.
As political pressure mounted, the UFC reformed itself, slowly embracing stricter rules, becoming sanctioned by State Athletic Commissions, and marketing itself as a legitimate sporting event. Dropping the no holds barred label and carrying the banner of mixed martial arts, the UFC has emerged from its political isolation to become more socially acceptable, regaining its position in pay-per-view television.
With a cable television deal and expansion into Canada, Europe and new markets within the United States, the UFC as of 2009[update] has gained in popularity, along with greater mainstream media coverage. As of 2009[update] viewers can access UFC programming on Spike in the United States and Canada, as well as in 34 other countries worldwide.

It's a sport where something is always happening.
There's also a game:
UFC 2009 Undisputed is a mixed martial arts video game featuring Ultimate Fighting Championship properties and fighters developed by Yuke's Osaka and published by THQ. The game was released in the US on May 19, 2009, for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It is the first game to be released under THQ's 2007 agreement with the UFC, and it is to be the first UFC game released since UFC: Sudden Impact in 2004. A playable demo of UFC 2009 was released onto Xbox Live and Playstation Network on April 23, 2009, and featured a tutorial and exhibition matchup between Chuck Liddell and Mauricio Rua.
A very nice match between Anderson Silva vs. Forrest Griffin:
