1º - When I try to change the password of mysql in adm panel

It looks like mysql is being runned by another program than uniform server

If you have etc xampp installed on your comp you need to remove it.

I think a reinstall of uniform server would be an good idea

Disabled antivirus and firewall but the error continues.
