remove the .otbm extension from the map name in config.lua

just remove the ".otbm" from config

if i open it with 127.0.0.1, it's open easy,
it's open easy with 127.0.0.1,
when i use hide my ip,new ip, character wont login

but it work for tibia 8.1 servers

Open port 7171 (login port) and 7172 (game port) in your router if you haven't done this yet for other people to be able to connect to your server.
Your IPv4 address or local ip address is your computer ip, the one you also have to use when you open the ports. You can find this in cmd, type ipconfig and press enter.
Use this ip in your IP Changer if you connect from the computer that hosts the server.
