When you turn on the server load to a certain point and when (according to the processes ctrl + alt + delete) exceeds 2 gb ram is loading. Then it becomes, and still pulls like 2gb ram, but 0% CPU and will not charge.
I have 4gb RAM - Windows XP 64-bit Edition.

Anyone know what this limit?
