there's no cares about players in shadow and gamemaster no need to help people

I had sent alot of emails [email protected] and there's no reponse !! if gamemaster dont need to help people why they told us to send emails !!

Why would you send a lot of e-mails? There at website it clearly says you'll be answered within 24h, incase it's being late may be for some reason, they have real life as you and everyone else, why can't you wait 48h instead? (I'm pretty much sure it won't take more than 48h, afaik from my experience.)
