Thief System would implement a skill on the server and that skill would unlock features for the players to increase the skill. Certain types of cloths increase the chance of success on robery. Also the higher the thief skill, the higher the chance of success. Also create a way for the player to check the skill.
- First feature skill from 1 to 10:
NPC that would randon appear on the map and the player can steal from him with a certain chance of success. If the player is using helmet x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; If the player is using armor x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; If the player is using legs x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; If the player is using boots x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; If the player fail to rob the npc, the npc will disappear e a few creatures will appear. Rewards could be money or other item from a specific list that the player would get it randon.
- Second feature skill from 10+ to 25:
The player can enter Non player houses in the city through open windows and take everything he can (he can use bags with specific action id and he can get a randon item from a specific list), but he can't open chests. Also inside this house the player needs to avoid lamps, torchs and any other source of light. Also the player needs to beeing seen by NPCs. If the player is using helmet x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; If the player is using armor x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; If the player is using legs x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; If the player is using boots x, y or z the chance of success increase 5%; Chances of fail can happen when player is entering the house, if the player walk too close to light sources or to pass in front a npc. If the player fail to rob he will be sent to jail tier 1 (position x, y, z).
- Third feature skill from 25+ to 40:
Same as the second feature, but now player can open chests. If player get caught he will be sent to prision tier 2 (position x, y, z).
- Fourth feature skill from 40+ to 55:
Same as the third feature but now it applies to stores. If player get caught he will be sent to prision tier 3 (position x, y, z).
- Fifth feature skill from 55+ to 70:
The player can now steal from banks. The things player will face will be the same of the second to fourth feature and the helmet, armor, legs and boots will still incrase chance of success, but the consequences of failure will be harder. If the player fail he will be sent to prision tier 4 (position x, y, z) or the player can die.
- Sixth feature skill 70+:
The player can now steal from the king. It will be the same thing as the fifth feature, but with a high chance of death if the player fail or the player will be sent to prision tier 5 (position x, y, z).
 
yea bro, you can keep upping, but months ago you got an answer that you would need to pay. If no one magically answered in June, I doubt someone will do now.
 
I'll give "like"! to someone who will spend 2-4 days with extensive thinking and write the whole system for free.
