Everything is too squary, it has no RPG elements in it.
You have to have spots on maps that tell a story, a very small example is some memorial site with a statue in memoriam to some ambassador to the city.

I opened my eyes and i was on a temple, i start investigating the place when i find a teleport that sends me to strong monster... to the right a teleport that sends me to strong monsters... to the left the same... south of me... left of that...

sound really rpgish the sacred place where the heros are born is full of easy ways of getting yourself killed
