Complaint This dude using my avatar

I don't know if its illegal or anything, but it really bothers me that this dude View Profile: realpwnz - OtLand is using my OTland avatar...
Is there something that can be done?


The avatar is from web comic, but i made it for my avatar, modified it for my needs, made frames etc and you can clearly see that this dude only copied it.

I don't think there is anything you can do or a rule against that, but if it helps you you can use my avatar.
