My router or something is pissing me off.
I portforward it works then doesnt.

i will be playing and i cant connect to my own ot and my website will just act like my ports are not open.
then when i apply changes it turns back on then off again.
tryed turning off firewall everything:( please help

Open a command prompt and type ipconfig, make sure the local IP address matches the one you are forwarding your ports to, also when connecting to an OT on the same computer usually 127.0.0.1 will work whether the ports are open or not.

Ok this is not some stupid noob problem and its not the ip thats mest up.

The ports are the way they are supose to
firewall is off
no-ip is on and fine
ports do work and everything works ... for a while.
the ip is fine and only changes every other day i check....

The ports close randomly.. they are open and working then not working...

The server is on and works fine everyone can login.. ip is fine everything then ports stop working and ip is still the same. I dont no why its doing this. Firewall is off every possible thing i can think of.

Well You Must go to ..
Control Panel - Internet Options - Network Connection - then choose your local area network and the find the tcp/ip option under the properties button ..
And See if it on " Automatically optain .. " if it is..
You must contact your service provider to give you these stable numbers

i have a dynamic dont tell me its the ip cause its working perfectly fine and the ot is running right now... But it was acting up and prob will do it again im just wundering whats doing it and how i can fix it...
No its not my ip changing.
This has to do with my ports

i dont need to setup a static ip its the ports causing the problems it doesnt matter if the ip changes every other day. And im pretty sure i have to contact isp to get a static ip
