You know what is the main problem. Windows were never designed to run as servers and perform even remotely good as linux, also if you are looking for an "easy" way around you might just give up. There is no such thing as easy, good and free anywhere Sorry about my rant

As I see you have an Apache error regarding the connection interface. Best bet would be to look at config files if they are configured as they should

Try re-packing it in the C directory. Delete the old files though.

Are you using Windows 64 bit? If so, there isnt a start and run apache for it. You can compile a version of Xampp what I know, not sure if it works with uniform server though.
