i cant find this to be explained clearly anywhere. and ok for the 2039482th time unblock port 80. look at the picture i attached. i did everything and yet still...

how do i fix this, this is the last thing holding be back from hosting a successful server

Why 173.66.187.183? Is that your global IP? If yes, it shouldn't be.

im not sure what you mean. that ip is the one given to me when i go to whatsmyip.net..
and if it shouldnt be that then whats it supposed to be?

Goto CMD, type ipconfig and find "IP Adress:"

Should be 192.168.1.xxx or something like that

you need to create an account at no-ip.com first
then go to "Hosts/Redirects" -> "Add Host"

ok, so i did that, and i have my address, but which ip was i supposed to put in for that? the 173~ or the 192~? i can change it but i tried both and it still wont go to the website and it still says connection refused from the port checker.
