Thoughts on Death

after you die you are burnt to ashes or sealed in coffin.

"I don't wanna die tomorrow knowing I could've had a piece of cake today." ~ Gabriel Iglesias

Best quote I've heard in my 20 years of living...

Fact: Everyone is born an Atheist, defy it if you want you are only lying to yourself.
On topic, I do not think about death too much, because I have accepted that as a natural part of my life, we live then we must die and by no means I will allow myself to simply die.
I live and fight for my life, knowing that one day I will die, just Die trying.
When, where and how, is basically up to us.
INB4YOUCAN'TCONTROLWHENYOUDIE > if you think this, you missed the point.

@Shin: I tried understanding your whole post, but maybe my brain is tired (it's 1 am and worked all day)

But do you truly fight for your life? No. And if you do, who do you fight? You fight for how you want your life to pan out, implying you couldn't careless about some higher being or even believe in one having everything planned for you.

I don't think I'll go 'when it's my time' but I do know I could go anytime so I live how I want to...which is currently care free.

And if you are speaking literal, ofc it's "up to us" because if a meteor crashes thru your home and crushes you skull...that ultimately is your fault for deciding to sleep in that extremely unlucky spot...or if you get killed in a car crash it's not some higher being wanting to bring you home, it's still your fault for deciding to commute.

Okay I reread your post again lol, and correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems pretty damn hypocritical of you to say "I do not think about death too much" then turn around one sentence later and say "I live and fight for my life, knowing that one day I will die" <-- implying you fight daily lol to live...which means death is weighing heavy on your mind daily...

Just wanna debate with you xD sryish if I'm jackassy or w/e IDK can't fully comprehend sh*t right now...

In my post there is both literal and non-literal statements, the non-literal are very broad and general.
"I do not think about death too much" means That I live my life with out thought of the day that is going to end.(Honestly no one live with the thought of dying the next day or today.)
"I live and fight for my life, knowing that one day I will die." : That is a non-literal, it is very general, it does not have to involve a life or death situation. In life there are many factors playing against us, probabilities and whatnot.

Example:
Have you ever gone hiking on a place that is high and you may fall. Most of the time you are not thinking that you may fall and hurt/kill yourself, to prove this further, you take a wrong step, your body instantly tries to hold on to something or tries to regain it's balance, it is not in the moment that you are thinking "Oh shit I'm going to die!", but instead, you think on how to grasp the situation you are in, once you survive, that's when you think, "I could have died."

Taffy, you are a critical thinker, you tried to apply what I said in different instances, this means that you do not have a "One Way" form of thinking, there are many times that when I write/say stuff that are mixed up like that post, I do this to stimulate the brain, nothing is better than to improve yourself, there are many that will not understand, because of their 2 dimensional way of thinking.

I would like to say that i live one day at a time but it isn't always possible unless you are some hippie or something. You got to make some plans and look into future to get somewhere... But i really like the idea just taking it one day at time so i wouldn't have to worry about anything (in this case, death).

I think we need to get some sunlight :P this autumn depression seems to spread fast, while ago i read about a guy who killed himself after posting to otland, idk if it was true, i'm just saying.
