As far as I know the only working tibia 11 ip changer is not on this website, I found mine on another OT site that is spanish.
I've found no problems with it, but use it at your own risk.

Mine has been on this website for over 13 months...and it's open source, so no need to use at your own risk as you can look at the source code and compile it yourself.

Im going to try it. Now the problem is that I cant find the Tibia version 11.47.5620.
Someone knows where can I find it ?
Is it possible to downgrade this new Tibia Client ?

There were issues with my code up until recently when I merged some pull requests. There's one standing issue that I can't reproduce, but it may work for you now.
It's not possible to downgrade clients, and you'll only be able to get older versions if you can find someone who happened to zip that particular version since updates are no longer done through new installer exes.

Wow, I kinda hope someone is doing that.
Does anyone know what causes the client to update? Does it do it when connecting to tibia servers or just when the client is run?

When you run the client launcher, if there’s an update, you have to click to download. So, it’s done manually. However, the client launcher itself auto updates (though the launcher is of no concern to OT).
