I can't find them+ also most of the links are dead.

Cities: Rookgard. Carlin. Ab'dendriel. Kazordoon. Thais. Venore. Darashia. Ankrahmun. Port Hope. Edron. Cormaya. Stengia. Liberty Bay. Gamemaster Isle. Tiquanda. Svargrond. -Map. 77 mbs size. 26k spawns. 100+ npcs. 65000x65000. This map mostly includes Svargrond and isles around, turtles...

And this is best I could find for 8.1, probably wouldn't be too hard to edit to work for 8.1. Maybe just changing client version in definitions.h.

What? The link is not dead in the map thread, I just downloaded it myself. Regarding the 8.0 server repo, did you even read what I said?? Don't be lazy.

I found this one, you can try it.
Note : The engine/AAC are outdated I think you'll have to change them to more updated one if you gonna host this.
edit : I didn't make any of them, use at your own risk.
