Tibia 8.6-DX12-WIN10-NIVIDA

Hey Quickly explaining
Ive got clean win 10 Laptop Msi I5 CX61 2QF
My tibia 8.6 is laggy , wooden , slurpish all sorts of worst experience you can get On both openg and dx9

Only client that doesnt lag is OTc
Now ive tried all with compatibility-Administrator settings
I noticed that any dx9 clients of tibia do lag and performance is bad

Now what can i do do fix it ? Ive tried installing dx 9.0c after restarting pc it didnt help in dxdiag it still shows dx12.
Anyone knows a fix to it ?
Also wtf when i press shift+f12 or f11 elfbot doesnt show up when it minimized and neither does the full light works (could be keyboard isse settings lol )

And elfbot issue , functions like shift +f12 does not work It must be smth with the System just not sure , ive seen few topics about the issues like that but no answers on how to fix it
