Windows Tibia 8.6 Server - Need Help!

I have been searching about 1-2 hours, and the only thing i could find was 8.54 tibia rl map. But i need to know, where can i download the tibia 8.6 and also the file to make it start running and such? Please if someone know, please post a reply here!

I don't think that there is an account manager in OTServ. You must set up an AAC and a database. You can find many tutorials of how to do so in the Tutorial section.
