Windows Tibia Client Error

Hello, I am using a tibia ip changer client. I can connect to my server using 127.0.0.1 but when i use its other ip pked.no-ip.net and try to connect... I get this error "The Tibia client encountered a critical error and had to be stopped" I have tried reinstalling the multi ip changer. I even downloaded the 8.54 client from another site and tried to get it to work with no luck. In addition, I also got another ip changer and tried to get it to work with no success. Not sure if it matters but I have Norton 360 and I disabled my firewall and antivirus to test if that was the problem(then i turned them back on ^^). I have ports 7171 and 7172 forwarded. Thanks for your time! Please help!!!!

Also this was the error after i launched a new client

The tibia client crashes if they try to connect to my server. I've tried multiple different versions of distributions from 8.6 to 8.42 with the same result. I am able to connect to other servers however.
