before there was a site called vapus.com where it was possible to generate a tibia 860 (old cip) with the ip you chose, is there a site today that does this?

If you are interested in open-source version of similar site here is an example how it can be implemented: SaiyansKing/TibiaClientGenerator (https://github.com/SaiyansKing/TibiaClientGenerator)

I don't host it because it is a pain the ass to maintain it and pay for hosting when only small amount of people will actually even use it. Today people simple use OTC or know how to use hex editor.

Clean your www folder on xampp/uniserver (web server you use)
Move that files there, and open your website. (localhost)

i mean, after do that - this is generating me a 0kb file called Tibia.exe
