Tibia.dat problem..

I wanted to start mapping, but instead of seeing a normal tibia.dat file, it is a notepad tibia.dat.. It only opens with notepad and remere's cant find it, when I reinstall the client, it is still opened by notepad..

Please help me

have you tried right clicking the notepad tibia dat file,selecting open with and choosing windows media player as the deault program to open it with?
