Windows Tibia Error 10061

I'm trying to make an OT Server and everything is going fine..
I portforwarded 7171 and 8080..
I opened the application.. it says the server is on..
If I try to login it lets me.. when I choose my char a msg appears.. Error Ocurred (10061).. I know it has to do with my internet anyone know how to fix it.. ?

Trying on localhost? Maybe try your LAN ip...

I already portforwarded 7272 and put it in the firewall.. still doesn't let me.. please help :/

I can login if I put localhost as my ip.. but if I put "tibiapr.no-ip.org" as my ip which is the one I'm using.. then It doesn't let me login with localhost,127.0.0.1, or tibiapr.no-ip.org

Hello SinEs11, I have read some posts before this, and Feloth states 'Open port 7172.' You opened port '7272.' Please try opening the other port, and then post if the problem still happens.
