Windows Tibia error code 1

hi, i open tibia and yes it open but does not open properly due to the fact that when it opens it just stays blank! i can only minimize and maximize and close and all that.... i run the trouble shoot and when trying to open when it tells me the tibia error code 1 comes up.. saying cannot find file 'C:/Windows/system32/tibia.dat'.(error code 1) please re-install the program.. ive did re install and nothing, ive tried to copy tibia.dat into system 32 and nothing... opened as administration and nothing!... please someone help??? Thanks!!

Well mayby remove everything inside the tibia folder on your system32.

tibia folder does not appear on system 32... only on program files (x86)
