Tibia error debug

Hello,

I'am need some help.. I'm getting Tibia error 24/7
I can't connect to a server.. I type my acc number and pass, Connect to the server and getting a bug, I have tryed to connect to much servers but getting Tibia Error - Debug
It says :


The Tibia client encountered a critical error and had to be stopped.
A detailed error report has been written to the error file which you are asked to submit at your next login.
And some times when i starting tibia it says: Video surface allocation failed. (Error code13) Please choose another video graphics mode. ...

I have tryed to re-download from tibia site and from other sites.. But getting bug :/

Please help me. I got W-Vista


Btw do anyone knows how to change my IP for my server to example : dennisserver.hopto.org or something like that?

Yes, reinstall the client, and try to login on real tibia before you try login to a OT

Use Open GL graphics card, windows vista seems to debug with direct x 9 or DX 5 sometimes.
