TIbia.exe virus o.O >>>>Help!<<<<

Hey! I was playing tibia earlier today, then logged off

Later I came to log back on but when i opened my tibia client, I got this

!!! It wont let me open the tibia client (854). All other tibia clients that I have work fine, but I need 854, my server is 854!!!

This is what my antivirus is saying about it

Things I have tried:
REboot Computer
UNinstall/REinstall
Download from Tibiaclient
Download from TibiaLoader

No matter what I do, I cant get 854 to work! Please help for my own servers sake and some rep for you++++

I dowload tibia 8.54 from tibiaclient.com
And it gave me a virus too i whant to post it but he first

Malware bytes won't take off everything.
What if he downloaded a virus that'ss FUD and installed itself to system32?

That means malware bytes can miss it and an av won't find it.
