Tibia map with server

I have downloaded OTServ 8.60 r.6052 and I have a real Tibia map, I was wondering how I can change the data that is in OTServ 8.60 r.6052 with the real Tibia map I have ...

What do you mean? You wanna change the servers 'map' the world, from the default one to the Real-Tibia map?

Then just go to world folder, remove the files and move the files from your Real-Tibia map folder (xml files and otbm) and then change the map name in config.lua here:

mapName = "Something.otbm"

When I swap over the map I get a message that comes up for about .2 of a second saying something along the lines of "decrease the size of the map" << I think
If I swap over the whole data folder I get messages saying it can not read "items.otb".

How much RAM do you have? And whats the map size?

The map is 100mb and I have 4gig of RAM ...

I have hosted a real map before ...

You need to compile the server for 64-bit.

I used Laatido for mine.

Worked wonders.
