Solved Tibia OT 8.6 TFS 0.3.6 NEED HELP TO TAKE EXHAUST OFF

Hey
I was wondering where i can take the exhaust off every spell and rune or lower it ... Im making a fast attack high exp server but paladins are op compared to sorc and druids because of this...

exhaustion="2000"

Time is in milliseconds, so 1 second exhaustion will be 1000, 0.5 500 etc.

Isnt there a way to multiply it for everything???
