tibia stuck at 10fps

i can play on any ot with their own client without laggs for example hexera's ot, but when i have to use tibialoader/ip changer with tibia x.x client it gets stuck at 10fps
things i've tried:
ofcourse changing the slider in graphic settings ingame to anything else than 10
fullscreen
directx5
dirextx9
opengl
downloaded client from remeres and used otlands ip changer
used tibia loader from otservlist.org
i have no new updates on nvidia

i'm using windows 10

what should i do?! help please

well.. on the upside it's 1 more fps than 9..
