So I tried to log to Tibia.com and this appeared

A proxy lets you do something while you are actually not doing it, for example; you are visiting a site, while you are actually not, because you are visiting using the proxy.

You can also setup a proxy yourself to block website, for example; pornographic related content. ( OpenDNS )

In your case, you will have to acces Tibia - Free Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game - MMORPG using a proxy, this can be done using a web proxy, or a simple proxy tool that allows you to insert proxy addresses ( don't worry there are alot here ), you can also just use Hotspot Shield ( I would personally recommend this one ).

I could perfectly open Tibia - Free Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game - MMORPG in IE, FireFox and Chrome. Nothing wrong with the browsers, I guess it's just your computer. Try to clean prefetch and temp.

Prefetch: start -> run -> prefetch, once in the folder you simply select all and press delete.
Temp: start -> run -> temp, once in the folder you simply select all and press delete.

After you've done this, you should enter the site again. Hope this will help you out.
