Are the sound effects in-game? If so, it's less annoying than any other otserv with sound I've seen.

I don't know what the rates are going to be.. Im going to try and release this server a little differently.. instead of the staff setting the rates I hope to have the players set the rates/damages/etc... What do I mean by that? Before the server gets released, gonna have a "Voting" period I guess where players vote for the type of server they want.. With restrictions of course... Hopefully enough people can vote and this server can appeal to the most people possible. Il give you an example of what the voting sheet will look like... Want the perfect server? Then vote for it... type of thing ya know? Then il take the averages of the votes.. Will it work? In theory... if enough ppl vote.. it would be awesome.. But ppl are lazy. and this community is dying so probably not.. i'd default to a mid rate I suppose.
