Seriously im starting to think some bad thought, i think they r hosting on normal dedicated servers like we do.
Cipsoft just managed to type Google and then Cheap dedicated servers and there you go. Tibia started.

I wouldn't mind if they by mistake crashed it

they don't use backups as they have said so on the forums when people discussed that that should open different types of clients to different worlds.

CipSoft is nothing to me longer.. just some company got mad in money, that's all..


Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised at all if you within a few years can buy gps/items from tibia.com website.. and their excuse "to avoid gp seller sites"

I think OT wont die that easy, 40% of all OT players don't know what "Sam" gives for mission in rl tibia.

and most in OT haven't give a shit about rl tibia, just played like a day and they heard about ots

Why would OT's die if cipsoft dies.

We barely have anything to do with them just they make sprites and the client but many here also can. Maybe even better.

Most of the OT players actually don't even care about real tibia cuz they don't play that.

But without updates over a time period...

But I guess your right . Most people would make some superior OT's..
We've pretty much decompiled the game to the max, and made it editable any way we want.

There wouldn't be anything new other than people downloading custom clients and making new sprite themselves.
Other than that, you would get bored playing the same kind of game without any updates for years to come.
 
if tibia would die i would make a real tibia map for the first time in my life and at an end i would end up being the so called original tibia :)
