Solved Tibianic.dll Somehow updater cannot connect to server and creates this .php file

Solved, my bad i make mistake on cons.h line32 #define GLOBAL_HOST_IP "127.0.0.1" i was trying to use my ip in this line thats why i get error. Now solved. Works perfectly
