His level achivment dont have to do anything with what he achived creating this work of art bot(compared to all using "Pixel colour scripts" etc)!
As you mention also "The use of AI" etc its just proof you didnt even make a full investigation within this issue.
Delayed enough for him to even reach level 70? It seems like you are playing out of anger and trying to scare people off, you even screenshotting his discord only shows you are taking drastic messures oppon this, trying to scare even more...
Meaning he acctully did something that made u harm?

Obviously, it's not in my interests for players to think that cheating goes unpunished in our server. So you have all the right to assume that I only replied to defend my interests, and you are right.
But there is a crucial fact to note here: I don't have to lie to do that, because he did in fact get banned for using that bot. Not after he published it and revealed himself, but before. He first got banned, complained about it to us, and only then published it here.
Moreover, he deliberately omitted this fact in his post. Instead, he tried to create the false impression that he got away, and he also lied about his level. So it's not me who is making propaganda here, but only him. What I stated is true to the fact, and I just proved it.
It's very apparent that he only posted it because he got banned, and there was no use anyway, so he decided to "take revenge" for the ban. If it were otherwise, and he just wanted to share his code, he would have said the truth: "hey I made a bot, it works, but I got banned, so here's the source, do what you wish with it". He didn't put it this way, because his goal was mostly to discourage players from our server by making them believe that cheating goes unpunished. Either that, or he wanted to surreptitiously advertise himself as a pro-botter/programmer, at our expense.
So, why should we silently allow this, when the truth is on our side and we can easily prove it? I'm not really worried that someone may use this bot now. I'm only worried that other players could think that the botters will get away with it. In fact, I only entered this thread after I was sent a link to it - by one of our players who wanted to ask if it was true. Sure, I might naively assume that those who download it and get banned would let others know here. But, as this example shows, cheaters generally choose denial and don't brag about being banned. So, if I can show it myself, then why not? Again, he was detected and banned, that's a fact.
I only took that screenshot to prove it, because otherwise he would deny it, and I knew that.
Not only because he had already lied at that point, but also because in our private converstation he strenuously denied to me that it was him, even though he could see that I already knew it anyway. So why he still denied it to me? Because he knew that otherwise I would be able to prove it here, that he had been detected and banned. So he was going to deny and keep lying, but his discord ex-nick gave him away. That's why I showed the screenshot upfront.
For exactly the same reason, you won't call those "big names" who allegedly bot in Tibiantis, and you won't show any "evidence", because then your claims would become easily verifiable, which is against your intention. You know that as long as you don't provide any details you can claim whatever you want. Just like that clown thought he could do with his "botting 70 level unpunished" claim. Since you are just a troll, I bet the next thing you will do is say that you are now running this bot also getting 70 levels scot-free.
it was either 33 knight on new server (~3 days of botting) or 50 ek on old (a bit longer but isnt huge problem as long as he keeps all his gold on himself)

It was the 50 ek on the old world. It took him some time, cause he was only running it in a shitty spawn, often with a shitty weapon as well (like semi-training). We let him be, for the time being, cause it was clear that he used a custom bot, so we wanted to observe it and collect more data on its behavior, plus we wanted to leave him clueless as to what exactly got him busted and when. The so called "delayed bans" are not really anything new in Tibiantis, we talked about them many times, but I guess you already know that. (He kept all the gold on that account, so it was to be gone anyway.)
