Tired of noob chars in the miidle of the war magic walling?

If you are tired of the noob chars mwalling in the wars... please help me with this script, the idea is that when you kill a character with a lvl lower than 60 he get automatic teleported to x=1000,y=1000,z=7 and no loose items, but the guy who kills him DON'T get frag, so it is a very good way to avoid the noob chars in the wars
