If you use zaypay script that check IP from which it sends report, you will receive messages from players that they paid and did not receive points.Dear customer,
A few weeks ago we've informed you that we're upgrading both the software and hardware platform Zaypay has been running on. This means the Zaypay servers will run from another location and as a result will post reports to your website from a different IP address, if you have configured your Price Setting or Payalogue to do so. If you have added our IP-addresses to your firewall or check for our IP in your scripts, you'll need to add the IP-addresses 91.216.137.31 through 91.216.137.34 while keeping the already existing 82.94.203.60 through 82.94.203.66 for now.
The upgrade will happen on August 1 between 4am and 6am GMT+1, so that's between 04:00 and 06:00. We don't expect a downtime of 2 hours, but if anything happens in that period of time it's probably due to this.
Also, please make your requests to Mobile Payments | SMS Micropayments | Pay by Phone | Zaypay or https://secure.zaypay.com and not directly to an IP-address as that method will stop working when we switch to the new platform.
