to make acc page i have to make 3 things

to make acc page i have to make 3 things tell me if am right because i did the 3 things and its work from me when i use localhost on internet browser



1- i have to portforward Apache or Xammp

2- i have to install a good acc maker (i cant find it if u know one post me here the link please )

3- i must check the port 80 and let friends try it with my ip


if i wrong with these steps tell me please ,am try to make acc in like 3 years but i fall ..
