To many connections from this ip" After second login

When I started my server it says, "to many connection atempts from this ip, please try again later. It was my second login..
How can i fix it =(?

Found this in config:
forceSlowConnectionsToDisconnect = "no"
I changed it to no from yes, Still same problem =(

LUA: 
loginTries = 0
I'm not sure whether Reload Config would suffice, you might even have to restart the server (which would fix this 'feature' anyways)
