[Tool] OT Server Management 0.2.0176 BETA

I´m pretty sure i edited the config.ini right but it doesn´t work anyway. I have noticed on another program like rme mapeditor that I cant import files that is places in a folder named with "invalid characters" for example åäö.
Wich means I have to put things in the first spot of my C: directory :O
Is it the same with this maybe?
