Torch bug: I use the torch and the light stay in the player after clearing

I discovered a new bug into my server, and I don't know how to fix it. It's the problem: I use the torch and the light stay in the player after clearing it or throwing in the ground. The light stay in the player like Utevo Lux. I need to fix it, but I don't know where is the torch configurations. It's very important to my server.

I discovered the REAL bug. The real problem is: all luminable itens are with problem. The light stay in player. All the luminable itens: lantern, torch, frozen starlight, solar axe. Only re-loging the light get out. I think the problem is at the sources.
Someone had an ideia how to fix it?
