Town_id problem

i set town id on phpmyadmin and when player first time dead town id change to 5.....and player cant log on server...pls help me

Character's samples need town id and positions. <- Database
Account manager needs a position and town id. <- Database
In file htdocs/config/config.php set the correct town id. <- Htdocs folder in xampp
