Tp when give item to npc

I need a npc script that teleport you to a position when you give him 2 demonic essence and 2 vampire dust.

I tried search function but nothing found.

yea, I took a script of a boat npc, but there is no id that I can change, there's only: cost=125 and that means gold coins.

I don't know how I could make a script for giving the items and then get teleported.
