Why when I put the trainers in the map, when i log i didn't see nothing?:huh:

, don't take this in the wrong way, but just weird that a single monster would screw the whole ot up by showing a error 
However, you need to be sure that your training monk is reachable in your monster map, at monks, also you need to add the monster below the name of "monk" in your monsters.xml file. Then restart or reload your monster file. If the monster is already in your mapeditor, it will work.

He must get an error in his console because of not loading the monster (like cannot load spawn: Training Monk cannot be found or something like this).
As you said, he must put the Training Monk in monsters.xml
