That you even have the guts to complain amazes me. We are doing the best we can, and we are always stating that we are trying our best to respond to your emails as fast as we can, and that as fast as we can hopefully is within 24 hours.

Yesterday, I was working 7-17. The night before I had answered to every email that we had received during that day. When I came home, we had received about 80 new emails. Sorry to break it to you, but with 80 emails, sent about 20-24 hours before yours, your wont be the first one that will receive an answer - we respond to emails in the order we receive them. When I went to bed, at about 01:00, I had been working on the upcoming update, and answered to about 50 of the received emails, leaving the ones that I knew I could respond to within 24 hours, after I got home from work the day after that, when I had worked 7-18.
So please. Quit the whining, we will respond when we have TIME to do so. We are currently working on updates as well, and I will tell you that with players just whining about how "slow" we are, it will just take more time for you to receive a response.
TL;DR: Chill the fuck down, we have a fucking life too.
Why don't you get more admins so support is faster? Many ppl would help you for free.
