For now I can't even see anything on the picture because you have uploaded it on ImageShack. Please don't upload your pictures there, instead use ImgUr or TinyPic. I can't judge this situation without a new uploaded picture. And it doesn't matter if the picture is .PNG, if I'm not wrong the standard .PNG pictures has far better quality than the standard .JPG.
 
Yes, .PNG is better than .jpg by way to much
