anyone have a error when you are hiting skill not grow?

i have this issue my character hiting like 20 hits and no grow 1% after like idk 30 hits grow 1% is not the rate skill because i put in 1000 and my character have like 20 of club

attackHand_t lastAttackHand;

for this

attackHand_t lastAttackHand = HAND_LEFT;
